ERASMUS + KA220 “Young Europeans The Crew” – mobility Campo Maior-Portugal. From 20 to 24 October, the 4th mobility of the Erasmus+ Young European The Crew project took place, with dozens of students and teachers from the Czech Republic, Poland, Romania and Italy (for administrative reasons Turkey had to skip this meeting) converging in Portugal for a new week of work. The Italian delegation was composed of 6 students chosen by merit from the Sala e Vendita and Cucina sections of the Palese and San Paolo buildings, accompanied by the teachers Del Vescovo and Nuzzo. These are the themes developed during the programme: sustainability, biodiversity and awareness-raising and preservation of natural and cultural heritage. After an interesting opening ceremony held in the auditorium of the institute and the official welcome by the Mayor, professors and students of the Agrupamento de Escolas de Campo Maior led the large international group to discover their territory among olive groves, cork and coffee factories, wineries, dams and museums. Despite an initial shyness, the week of all participants ended with tears and hugs, a greater awareness of self and of the beauty that surrounds us and that must be protected, and a surprising familiarity with English, used as a vehicle language for all activities. Young European The Crew will have 2 more mobilities to Poland and the Czech Republic before coming to an end: students from Majorana…. study, respect the rules and give the best of yourself during the school events and you too will be selected as lucky participants!
