Save Our Sphere: let’s go!

“SOS. Save Our Sphere”: the new Erasmus + KA2 project our Institute is taking part has started from Brussels. Our teachers Teresa Candeliere e Vincenzo Neve met their colleagues  Germany, Lithuania, Poland and Turkey met for the kick off meeting of a very interesting project concerning climate change and environmental sustainability.

The teachers planned the next activities to be held before e during the mobilities and discussed about how to manage the project during the Covid emergency. Moreover they went into detail about ecological criticities and possible solutions, focusing in particular on the environmental policies of the countries of the partner schools.

All the schools presented their works on a “green” theme, each of them from a different point of view : therefore it is natural for Majorana to dwell on the reuse of food, to for example culinary waste and the recycling of materials, such as waste from lens processing Naturally there was no lack of socializing moments between European teachers and a visit to the city. And which city more suitable than Brussels to reaffirm the values ​​of the European spirit, with a visit to the buildings of the European institutions, such as the headquarters of the Parliament.
